Reiki is an energetic treatment, known to support relaxation, pain relief, reduce stress, and restore a feeling of wellbeing. In this fully clothed session, Kimberly will spend time with light touch or guiding hands around your energetic space to share the gift of Reiki. After a short 10 minute consult at the beginning of your session, you will lie on a massage table to experience stillness and energetic shifting.

Yin Yoga Reiki Session
Reiki is an energetic treatment, known to support relaxation, pain relief, reduce stress, and restore a feeling of wellbeing. Yin Yoga is a style of physical practice that allows the support of connective tissue release and restoration through long sustained holds while relaxing the body into props and gravity. In this fully clothed session, Kimberly will spend time with light touch or guiding hands around your energetic space to share the gift of Reiki while shifting you through a sequence of Yin Yoga postures. After a short 10 minute consult at the beginning of your session, you will move through deep stretching poses on a massage table to experience long physical releases and energetic shifting.

Sound Healing Reiki Session
Reiki is an energetic treatment, known to support relaxation, pain relief, reduce stress, and restore a feeling of wellbeing. Sound Healing utilizes vibration and frequencies to support shifting of energies in our subtle body and soft tissues. In this fully clothed session, Kimberly will spend time with light touch or guiding hands around your energetic space to share the gift of Reiki while also offering a variety of Sound Instruments around and on your body such as drumming, tuning forks, and sound bowls. After a short 10 minute consult at the beginning of your session, you will lie on a massage table to experience stillness and a vibrational energetic shift.
